Entropy 101 Epilogue: Entropic Transitions

Grymm Ramblings

Obviously, this marks the end of the Entropy 101 story arc. There's going to be something a bit... new for Friday's update and then we're barreling straight on in to the new arc proper. We've really enjoyed this E101 arc. I think it's been said before, but this arc has been heavily based on some of the original comic ideas we had when we were still in high school. Only now we have the skill to juggle and execute the elements properly. From what we've gathered, a lot of you folks have particularly enjoyed this arc as well. Some have even said that this has been then favorite arc and that's fantastic! We've been purposely doing some things differently and it seems to be working just like we wanted. Of course, there's been some questions raised too. The most notable one being, "Who the hell is Node and where did she come from? She's never been mentioned before this!". You will see Node again. Not for a little while. But you will eventually see her in the present timeline and there's an excellent reason as to why she hasn't been mentioned previously. In fact, a lot of questions are about to get answered in this upcoming story arc. You know all those times you blatantly asked about something in the comments and we either straight up ignore it or just gave a snarky unhelpful comment? It's because we didn't want to spoil any surprises. Now those surprise chickens are coming home to roost. In fact, not only would this be a good time to go and read back from the start of Wrath of Con to refresh your memory on what we're about to wade back into, but if you're up to it, now might be the time to do an archive crawl. Really catch yourself up. So... yeah. I'm gonna go back to coloring this commission involving these space lizard dinosaur space men from some video game I've never played. You folks have a good one.   We love you all.

  1. Back to the present at last! Not that I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed this trip down memory lane (which I most certainly have!), I really have been wondering what happened to our intrepid crew in the present day!

    1. And thus your wonderment will cease to be! We’re hitting everyone. We’ll even take a look back in with Kaboodles before too long.

  2. LOVE the rendering of the good (?) doctor there in panel 1. You guys have outdone yourselves this time.

    1. You’re too kind sir. Too kind.

  3. Ahh voodoo Walrus, come for the insanity and wonderful art. Stay for the nightmare fodder.

    1. Gonna have to remember to use that as the tagline for the next Project Wonderful ad we cobble together.

      1. Yay I helped! And without even kneecaping a mime or anything like that…………… going to do that anyways but that is a given.

        1. Well of course! That’s just the natural order of things.

  4. That may be the single best, utterly, terrifyingly soul-searing page I’ve seen in a damned long time.

Back to the future? *ducks behind table*

    1. I’m making a note here; ‘Mission Accomplished’.

      1. That’s highly gLados of you.
