Mr. Little first appeared in fullnot all that long ago. Though there have been a few occasions of Mac talking to him on the phone. Oh hey look. It's the creepy stripey henchmen too. They've been floating around for a good long while haven't they?

By all accounts I’d call Mr. Little there bliiiind but given the nature of pure evil he could see things in the context of your EVER LIVING SOUL but that’d make me wonder how he sees his daughter.
At least he’s a supportive daddy though.
