This isn't the first time Shmeerm has been viewed as some kind of sub-human monster. In fact I think Rook's musing and the case file on Shmeerm here may be referencing the exact same... incident. This is another one of those occasions where we're kind of bit in the ass for the fact that think in animated form for comic medium. Seriously. This would be so much better if you could actually hear the slightly Patrick Warbutony voice we imagine Shmeerm having and belting out this low, low death metal growl of a cover to Sweet Transvestite. Just try your best to imagine it.
