I’m confused now. Didn’t Bowler reject Flint’s offer of moving in with him after Creepknight, in a fit of brains/responsibility, made her manager of the building that VW owned? Or is her apparent moving away due to off-screen shenanigans?

She still lives/manages Walrus Tower I think. Though I’m curious to see him interacting with CK and Grymm with her present and not tipping his hand.
Speaking as a female who’s friends do not always approve of some of my more personal acquaintances, just because they don’t like him doesn’t mean she can’t (though I suspect if she finds out his motivation towards enjoying her company she might remove his testicles through his nose…provided they survived childhood with Grymm and CK)
