Wrath of Con 1: Late Night Visitations

State of the Walrus

Q and A Week is over. Hopefully everyone enjoyed it. Now we get back to business as unusual. Strap in kiddies. We're continuing that grand ol' tradition of having an epic story arc of the year. Last year it was "Academy Award Winning Comic". The year before that it was the multi-arc epic spanning from "Eggrolls" to "Greasy Spoon". This year we are very proud to bring you something that we have dubbed "Wrath of Con". Honestly, we have no idea how long this one's going to last. We're diving into things bleary eyed, half cocked, and giggling at our own silliness and we're happy to just roll with it. But more than that, we're going to have FUN. Join us won't you?     Want to help support Voodoo Walrus, contribute to making it more awesome, and get exclusive art and extra goodies? Buy the Volume 1 PDF! It'll lower your cholesterol and protect you from vampires. Trust us. We're doctors. Of Awesome.

  1. Note to self: Keep the fuck away from Grymm when he’s drawing.

  2. Still and all, NEVER bother a comic artist while they’re working…they WILL eat the flesh right off your bones, man!!

    1. Odd, I never have a problem watching him do art.

      1. Dear friends who sometimes bring cookies and caffeine always get special privileges. You know that. I’m notorious for playing favorites.

  3. Panel 7: Best. Panel. EVER!

    1. That said, if anyone’s interested in snagging a desktop wallpaper version of that panel… We’ve got ya covered: http://voodoowalrus.com/?page_id=2378

      1. Jubilations!

  4. I like Grymm’s shirt.

  5. Nicely done gents. Digging the new Avatar CK. Back to work with rubber and glue.

    1. I have a new avatar? What are you seeing? Is it the guy with the crown or the guy with the eye patch? Seriously, because I’m starting not to trust Gravatar.

      1. It’s weird man. From my machine, it’s showing your crowny avatar on the actual site itself, but in our WordPress control panel, it’s showing up as your eyepatch pirate.

      2. Pirate Patch is what I seeing. Hence the reason I said Digging avatar.

  6. Memo to self: check the toybox for people in hockey masks before bed.

Also, I’m seeing eyepatch avatar, CK.

    1. You mean you don’t already?

      1. Most people see what’s in the toy box blush and shut it but people who wear hockey masks you never know about.

        1. Considering the beginning of this page: http://voodoowalrus.com/?p=2012 . I doubt there are many things that can make the T-Square blush.

        2. Bah anal insertion is old news. these days it’s all about freaking people out with…..this part redacted to avoid giving people I know ideas that will be used against me at a later date…. Not to mention the fun one can have with a violet wand, I am fascinated by some attachments I’ve seen.

  7. Okay. I’m starting to think that these two are related.

At first I just thought that it was coincidence that they look similar, but THat they both have hair-growing powers? Way beyond coincidence.

That said… Can we expose a hair/T-square vs. Hiar/drawing supplies battle in the future? ‘Cause that would be awesome.

  9. I’m starting to wonder if the Masked T-Square and Grymm are one and the same…
